I’ve sat at my desk crying, overwhelmed, running on crumbs.
I’ve lived the juggle of motherhood, work, and a business that drained me.
I lost my joy and felt like life was happening around me instead of with me.
So I burned it down and rebuilt.
I let clients go. I sat at zero. I chose joy over crumbs: cooking food I actually wanted, moving my body, drinking coffee for pleasure, laughing with my kids, playing music again.
And from that place, I started building businesses. Mine and my clients’ — that support life instead of consume it.

❤︎ Most afternoons you’ll find me at the basketball courts or squeezing work into the margins between school runs and pickups.
