Hey I’m Lauren, mama and small business OBM.

I love that first sip of coffee in the morning, I am more a night owl then a morning person and I know the juggle of biz life and mum life.

I started in business in 2019 and built a multiple 4 figure product-based business. In 2022 I made the decision to burn it all to the ground after suffering through extreme burn-out and the realisation that the goal of hitting 10K months wasn’t converting to money in the bank. I decided to build a more sustainable service-based business, that gave me freedom back to be a mum while allowing me to help other mums in business.
